Violet "June" (Sisemore) Phillips

Violet June Phillips, 91, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2024,

June was born May 31, 1933, in Checotah, Oklahoma, the daughter of Ephraim O. Sisemore and Estelle V. (Townsend) Sisemore.

June was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and lavished in the time spent with her grandchildren and family.

Survivors include her daughters, Pamela Rappard, Paula DeLisse both of Wichita, Kansas and Donna Hansen of Clarkston, Washington; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Wesley L. Phillips and George F. DeLisse; a daughter, Diana Collins and her sister, Thelma Ledford.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Checotah, Oklahoma.  Interment will follow.
