Tommy Ray Phillips

Tommy Ray Phillips, 72, of Checotah, Oklahoma passed away Friday, February 10, 2023, at his home. Tommy was born on February 13, 1950, in Checotah, Oklahoma the son of Ray Samuel and Neva Dee (Whisenhunt) Phillips. He married Crystal Swanson. Tommy worked as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed fishing and gardening.
Survivors include: his son, Leslie Phillips, three granddaughters, Rebekah Gourley and husband Seth, Samantha Phillips and Skyler Phillips all of Checotah; grandsons, Noah and Matthew Phillips; three great grandchildren, Dawson and Kash Gourley and Elizabeth Phillips. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Neva Phillips and his wife, Crystal Phillips.
Visitation will be held 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at the Hunn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Triplett Cemetery under the direction of Hunn Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
