Susie Carter Obituary

Susie Belle Carter, 91, of Alma, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021, at the Legacy Health & Rehabilitation Center. Susie was born on January 10, 1930, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Monroe and Gladys (Upton) Taylor. On April 3, 1948, Susie married Jack Carter in Muskogee. He preceded her in death on September 6, 2002. Susie enjoyed spending time with her family and gardening.
Survivors include her son-in-law, Roy Rains of Mountainburg, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack and her children, Louise Carter in 1963, Allen Carter in 2017 and Linda Rains in 2020.
