Sandra Jean Haggard was born on April 17th, 1950 in Brunswick, GA and went to be with the Lord on December 21st, 2024 within her loving home in Checotah, Ok.
When Sandra was a young child she had attended elementary school in East Orange, NJ and just before she entered junior high the family had made their journey to Hayward, CA; where she then went to Azusa Junior High and then ended up graduating in 1968 from Gladstone High in Covina, CA.
After graduation she began working in Pasadena, CA as a secretary for an admiral at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center from 1968-1969; to where this is when she married on November 17, 1968 and began her own immediate family. During this time she performed in USO shows & clubs along the coast.
Once she had her first child she began teaching dance classes and continued to perform in events for her mother. Where she danced, sang, and catered at wedding receptions and shows until around 1977.
Shortly after, in 1980, the family moved to Oklahoma. Where Sandra continued to show off her different talents and hobbies; from crafting stained glass art, wood burning, crafting dolls, to sewing; which was her favorite hobby as she loved to make her daughters beautiful dresses. She received many trophies for bowling from when she was in Azusa, CA and then in Eufaula, Ok, where Sandra joined the FLEAS organization and coordinated talent shows and luaus during the mid-late 80's.
Through the years she presented her many talents to everyone, but the #1 talent & what everyone enjoyed the most was her singing.
