Patricia "Pat" Ross (Ross) West

  Patricia "Pat" Ross West, 69, passed away on December 10, 2022, at her home in Checotah, Oklahoma. 
      She was born on May 16, 1953, the daughter of Gerald and Pauline (Shaw) Ross, in 
Statesville, North Carolina.  She grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina where she graduated from Garringer High School in 1971. Pat began a career in the banking industry right out of high school that spanned 20 years. She retired at the age of 38.  She met Dan West and the couple married in 2002. They moved to Oklahoma to live on Lake Eufaula where they have lived for the past 20 years.  
      Pat loved planting flowers, watching Judge Judy and cooking shows.  She was a happy person who always saw the best side of life.
       She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Ross. Pat is survived by her husband, Dan West of the home; sister, Judy Ross and her husband Jerry Wood of Fletcher, North Carolina and furbaby, Ginger of the home.
