Patricia Kaye Dunback

  Patricia Kaye Dunback, 66, of Checotah, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital in Muskogee.  She was born on August 31, 1955, the daughter of Auston and Lila (Llewellyn) Mann, in Bakersfield, California.  Kaye attended Checotah schools from where she graduated in 1973.  
     Kaye was stubborn and ornery, but she loved her family and her grandchildren. She enjoyed puzzles, collected jewelry like it was going out of style and enjoyed computer video games, especially Hay Day.  She was a member of Westside Freewill Baptist Church in Checotah.
       Kaye was preceded in death by her father.  She is survived by her mother, Lila Mann; son, Gary Wayne Dunback of Tulsa, OK; daughters, Heather Zimmer and her husband Timothy of Westville, OK and Christina Gatlin and husband Tim of Texas; brother, David Mann of Checotah; and grandchildren, Kaylyn, Savannah, Elaina, Leilani, Christopher, and Shelby.
       There will be a family led memorial at a later date.
