Malcolm Foy Storm, 80, of Eufaula, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2024.
He was born July 24, 1944, in the community of Carr Creek, Oklahoma, the son of Foy Houston Storm and Sara Ann (Leader) Storm.
Malcolm attended Checotah High School. He worked for MCAMPH approximately three years. Malcolm farmed and gardened. He raised cows and chickens and he delighted in growing watermelons. He adored children and had a love for his tractor. Although there may have been some limitation he was self-sufficient, very intelligent and a loving individual.
Malcolm was a member of the First Baptist Church Checotah.
Survivors include his sister, Norma Mann and husband, Fred of Checotah; two nephews, Hoy Storm and wife, Mary and Joe Storm both of Checotah; two nieces, Lisa Robison and husband, Larry of Checotah and Karen Chester and husband, Aaron of Yukon, Oklahoma and numerous grand nieces, grand nephews, great-great grand nieces, great-great grand nephews and host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Foy and Sara Storm; a brother, Nix Storm; a sister-in-law, Lou Ann Storm; maternal grandmother, Susie Leader and paternal grandmother, Lou Jane Storm.
Viewing for Malcolm will be 10:00 am to 7:00 pm with the family greeting friends from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Hunn Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Checotah. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am on Friday, November 1, 2024 at First Baptist Church Checotah, 210 SW 2nd St., Checotah, Oklahoma 74426. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Checotah.
