Kathy Darlene (Tyler) Dudley

Kathy Darlene Dudley, 68, of Checotah, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025, in Muskogee. 

Kathy was born on January 4, 1957, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, the daughter of Carl Eugene and Emma Dean (Burton) Tyler. 

She married Thomas William Dudley on June 27, 2015. 

Kathy enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, listening to music and playing billiards. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren drinking her Folgers coffee and supervising from the patio. 

She was a member of the Eufaula VFW Post 8798 Auxiliary.  

Survivors include her husband, Tommy, of the home; mother, Emma White and husband, Lloyd of Alexander, Arkansas; children, Regina Burnett and husband, Rodney of Bryant, Arkansas, Robin Reaves of Checotah, Oklahoma, Robert Reaves of Checotah, Oklahoma, Matt Kowals and wife, Kim of Council Hill, Oklahoma and Brock Dudley of Checotah, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Tiffany Douthitt and husband, Daniel of Bryant, Arkansas, Destiny Morgan and husband, John of Bryant, Arkansas, Elijah Reaves and wife, Sienna of Oktaha, Oklahoma, Dakota Burnett and wife, Makenzi of Bryant, Arkansas, Makenzie Reaves of Maumelle, Arkansas, Zoe Lisle of Yukon, Oklahoma, Thomas Dudley of Checotah, Oklahoma, Destiny Dudley of Checotah, Oklahoma and Macy Kowals of McAlester, Oklahoma; great grandchildren, Chevylynn, Nova, Kyleigh, Miller, Beaux, Kolt, Zeppelin and one on the way; siblings, Ruth Channon, Loydray White, John White, Brenda Cole, Diane Cullipher, Carla Burks, Ginger Rogers and numerous bonus family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Carl Tyler; brother, Raymond Tyler and her first husband, William Robert Reaves. 

Honoring Kathy cremation is planned.  A family conducted Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the Oktaha Gospel Church, 103 Washington Ave., Oktaha, Oklahoma 74450 with Pastor Ben Hale officiating.
