James Neal Riccius

James Neal Riccius, 61, passed away Tuesday, June 29th, 2021 at his home in Henryetta, Oklahoma.  He was born January 23rd, 1960 in, Fort Wayne, Indiana to Jack and Beverly Riccius.

Jim worked at Borden's Ice Cream, Fort Wayne Foundry, and Hall Brothers in LaOtto, and also drove semis over the road for many years.  He loved to fish and spend time with family and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by his father, Jack E. and brother, Edward Paul Riccius. He is survived by his mother, Riccius, Avilla, Indiana; son, Cale Riccius, Garrett, Indiana; daughters, Sherri (Marvin) Legg, Huntington, Indiana, Brandi (Leah Hunter) Jones, Huntington, Indiana, and Elizabeth (Bobby) Cloyd-Moran, Tulsa, Oklahoma; brothers, Dan (Mary) Riccius, North Manchester, Indiana, John Riccius, Garrett, Indiana, and Norman Riccius, Henryetta, Oklahoma; sisters, Valeska (Dave) Walker, Garrett, Indiana, Mary (Walter) Temple, Kendallville, Indiana, and Wanda (TJ Wood) Alfred, Kendallville, Indiana; eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 12th at the Christian Union Brethren in Christ Church, 4395 Co Rd. 7, Garrett, Indiana.  Reverend Ron Remke officiating. Inurnment will be in the Council Hill Cemetery, Council Hill, Oklahoma.
