Freda Cox Caster was born to Bert and Pearl (Watts) Walters in Vian, OK on Oct.4, 1924. Freda went home to meet her Savior on September 16, 2016, at the age of 91 years, 11 months, where she is rejoicing with many loved ones and friends who have gone before.
She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 4 sisters as well as her parents. She is survived by one sister, Lorene Revolta of Palm Springs, Calif; two sons, Paul and his wife Caryl of Broken Arrow, Bryan and his wife Linda of McAlester; three daughters, Sue (Cox) Garrison and her husband John of El Dorado AR, Nancy (Cox) Horne and her husband Steve of Land O'Lakes FL, Retha Cox McCutcheon of Houston, TX; nine grandchildren, Jarrad Garrison of Baton Rouge, LA, Jeff Garrison and his wife Melinda of El Dorado, AR, Kendra (Cox) Erickson and her husband Mike of San Jose, CA, Trenton Cox and his wife Charity of Glenpool, Ian Cox and his wife Vickie of McAlester, Jinavee Cox of Tulsa, April (Horne) Kesnig and her husband Mark of Westly Chapel, FL, Zack Horne of Tampa, FL, and Allison (McCutcheon) Barcz and her husband David of St. Louis, MO; 15 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm at Bradley Funeral Service, 1020 W. Okmulgee Street, Muskogee, OK 74401
A funeral service celebrating the life of Freda Caster will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at First Baptist Church with Rex Wilkinson officiating. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Gospel Rescue Mission, 326 S Second Street, Muskogee, OK 74401.
