Daniel Robert Scott

Daniel Robert Scott, 56, of Checotah, Oklahoma, passed away on November 4, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.  He was born June 3, 1965, in Lewiston, Idaho, the son of Donald and Patricia (Payton) Scott.  Daniel grew up in Yakima, Washington.  He worked as a lumberjack for two winters and as a mechanic on the side.  He also worked in drywall construction for five years.  He was a hard worker and was good-hearted.  
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jerry Scott; sisters, Teena Maria Stradley and Christina Joy Peppers.  He is survived by his sons, Darrin James Scott and Daniel Robert Scott both of Idaho; sister, Barbara Jean Martinez of Washington; and brothers, Ronald Scott of Checotah, Oklahoma, Darren James Scott of Checotah; Dennis Ray Scott of Washington; and Patrick Lee Scott of Idaho.
