Clarence Park Obituary

Clarence Arlen Park, 84, departed this life June 5th, 2021 in McAlester, Oklahoma.  He was born in Checotah, OK to Bill and Ola (Graves) Park, November 26, 1936.

Clarence attended Central High, Checotah, OK through the 8th grade.  He later graduated from the Checotah High School in 1957.

Clarence served his country as a soldier in the U.S. Army. After his discharge from the Army, Clarence worked for a couple of years in the Kansas wheat harvest.  He retired from ACME Manufacturing, Muskogee, OK. He was an avid hunter and especially enjoyed hunting rabbits.  He also enjoyed fishing.  Clarence was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church, Checotah, OK.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Ola Park; brothers, Ray, Luther, and Thomas; sisters Lorene, Geneva and Fay.  He is survived by his daughters, Rhonda McAlester and husband Mark of Oklahoma City, OK and Donda Quintanilla and husband Guadalupe of Eufaula, OK; sister, Wanda Green of Eufaula, OK; grandchildren, Cody, Lindsey, Mariah, Meredith, Annalyce and Caroline; great grandchildren, Kden, Lucchese, and Stuton.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
