Clarence Bell Obituary

Clarence Eugene Bell Jr. Was born on January 15, 1957 at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta Georgia, to Clarence Bell Sr. And Ernestine Bell (Mcelhaney). In his childhood Clarence attended Lemon Street Grammer School. On June 11, 1974 Clarence courageously took his oath and enlisted into the United States Army. Clarence was stationed in Wildflecken, Germany. During his time in the Army Clarence specialized as a Combat Engineer and Carpenter; he also received his High School GED and studied Race Relations and Law Enforcement. Clarence went on to serve as a member of the Military Police. He served in the United States Army until his Honorable Discharge.

Clarence loved the Lord and served him as a messenger, he was a Minister and later became an ordained Elder. He never missed a chance to share his testimony and to introduce a new soul to the love of our Lord and Saviour.

In his spare time Clarence enjoyed singing, reading, learning the bass guitar, being a master in the kitchen and chess board and bragging about his sons, daughter, and grandchildren. Clarence did not meet a stranger and loved talking to just about anyone who would talk back.

On January 13, 2021, the Lord called Clarence home to sing in his heavenly choir. He will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish his memory here on earth: his children, Clarence (Megan) Bell III, Dexter Marquis Howard Sr., Clarissa (Louis Jr.) Milton. His lifelong friend and Confidant: Shela Bell. Bonus Children: Ian Lee and Tara Blakely. Siblings: Laquan U. Bell, Danita (Terrance) Judge, Lucious Bell (Mandi), Ernest (Valeria) Bell and Kevin A. (Tunisia Johnson) Bell Sr. Grandchildren: Zion, Aurieon, Jeremiah, Amaris, Lauren, Naima and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Bonus grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and beloved friends.

Clarence is preceded in death by his parents Clarence Bell Sr. And Ernestine Mcelhaney. Sibling Michael Bell Sr. And both his Maternal and Paternal Grandparents and Great-Grandparents.

Clarence will be laid to rest at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, in Ft. Gibson, Ok.
