Carolyn "Sue" Fletcher-Collins, 77, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023.
She was born the daughter of Thurman William and Lillian Mae (Hood) Harren, on October 28, 1946, in Long Beach, California. Sue attended Garden Grove High School in California. She worked as a custodian for Mesquite Public School in Nevada for approximately 10 years. She also worked for 7-11 Convenient Store as a clerk for 10 years in Nevada and worked a brief time at Beaver Barn as a clerk in Checotah.
Sue attended the First Free Will Baptist Church. She enjoyed visiting the casino and a great cup of coffee.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, the late Ronald Fletcher, Sr. and Richard Collins; and son, Donald Fletcher.
Sue is survived by four sons, Ronald Fletcher, Jr. (fiancé, Melissa Bailey) of Checotah, Oklahoma, Eric Fletcher (Malynda) of Glendale, Arizona, Edward Fletcher (Kelly) of Bullhead City, Arizona and Chris Fletcher of Ft. Mohave, Arizona; sister, Kaye Hamilton (Don) of Checotah; brother, Billy Harren (Colleen) of Arizona; sister, Margaret Prokup (David) of Checotah; one grandchild, numerous cousins and numerous other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Sue's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the First Freewill Baptist Church, 713 N. Broadway, Checotah, OK, with Pastor Mark Shores officiating.
