Through his work, he built not only a business but lasting friendships with many people in the community who respected him for his honesty, kindness, and willingness to lend a helping hand.
Bruce cherished the simple joys of life. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time outdoors whenever he could. Many also knew him as a proud member of the “Liars Round Table,” a group of friends who gathered regularly for coffee at the local diner to share stories, laughter, and good conversation. These moments of fellowship were among the things he treasured most.
Above all, Bruce loved his family deeply. He will be remembered for his warm heart, sense of humor, and the many friendships he built throughout the Checotah area.
