Checotah Funeral Service began as Hampton Mortuary, August 1988, as a brand new facility. In 2011, Carter Bradley, Muskogee, purchased the facility renaming it Checotah Funeral Service. Under Bradley's leadershp, Checotah Funeral Service offered affordable, caring funeral arrangements to the Checotah and all of McIntosh County area. In June 2017, Carter Bradley retired leaving management under the leadership of Mike Brown, who has over 40 years experience in funeral service. Checotah funeral service is always ready to assist you with the funeral arrangements of your loved one, whether that involves a traditional burial service, graveside service or cremation and memorial service.
